Reschedule

To change appointment reschedule with a minimum of forty-eight hours prior to scheduled appointment. Unfortunately, after that appointment forfeits and any reschedule.

Late arrival

Appointment begins at time reserved. Past the honored minutes into the session is a no show.

♥ 15 or 20 minutes consultation by phone or at event is honored up to four minutes into appointment.

♥ 30 minute and one hour consultation honored up to ten minutes into appointment.

No show

When appointment is missed entirely or past honored time allotted appointment becomes a no show. Payment forfeits- no reschedule.

Overtime

Be cognizant if time, if reading runs over scheduled appointment time client is responsible for additional cost at regular rate. Payable immediately at appointment. If you do not want session to go over let Alison know five minutes before scheduled end time.

Phone

Client is responsible for calling in for appointment in Central Standard Time and for clear solid connection, connectivity and long-distant or any changes related to.

Scent-free policy

Please refrain from the use of fragrances, cologne/or essential oils prior to  private reading, Playshop, Party, Workshop, Gallery. Alison has clients and herself that are among the environmentally sensitive or allergic.

Fragrances whether natural or synthetic on your person or in the air can compromise the over-all quality confusing the information if the scent is from spirit or physical. Scents can pull Alison out of her altered state which is vital for the best possible outcome of a reading.

In order to be compliant, no application of perfume, cologne and/or essentials oils should be made to your body, hair, and/or clothes the day of Gallery or private reading or sprayed into the air.

The attention and cooperation of all to eliminate the scent of fragrances and smoke and/or the after effects of smoke on body, hair and clothes will be greatly appreciated.

Recording

No personal recording by audio or visual during reading, Party, Gallery or Playshop. Your active attention and participation is required at the time of a reading. All electronic devices must be shut off or you will be in breach of policy.

Alison or those acting on behalf of reserves the right to video, and/or audio, record any gallery or public session in full or in part, for archival, liability and/or educational purposes.

Alison is subject to copyright IE; written, voice and pictures©recording a session approaches a violation, in spirit if not it fact of professional Psychic-client confidentiality, in that the recording device functions as a virtual third party, eavesdropping on what is a private exchange held in confidentiality that presumably doesn’t go beyond that room or event or private home in which it takes place.

An unlicensed complementary and alternative health care practitioner may not provide a medical diagnosis or recommend discontinuance of medically prescribed treatments. If a client desires a diagnosis from a licensed physician, chiropractor, or acupuncture practitioner, or services from a physician, chiropractor, nurse, osteopath, physical therapist, dietitian, nutritionist, athletic trainer, or any other type of health care provider, client may seek such services at any time. Alison James is not contracted with to provide services through Health Maintenance Organizations or Insurance Companies and does not accept Medicare, Medical Assistance, and General Assistance Medical Care.

Clients may expect courteous treatment and to be free from verbal, physical, or sexual abuse by Alison James and the reverse applies also. Mandated reporter.
