Because of his tendencies I wanted him to have a fresh start; a new name that was regal and strong and honorable. Alison came back to me with the name ”Ari”. It means Fast Flying ”Eagle” in a Norse language and it fit. Eagles also have great significance to me as they frequent Oak Lake as a great fishing spot and provide hours of ”ooh” and “aah” time. Susan Stone says: Hi Alison, my Mother, daughter and I attended your Gallery today. I saw you in 2008. I cannot tell you how much you helped my Mom. She was really nervous about attending and now she not only has regained her faith in things that she can’t understand, but, feels so much better about her fear of death. You probably don’t remember what went on at last year’s Gallery in Iowa. I know you see gazillions of people, I attended with my then husband. He asked about his mom that passed away when he was much younger. We are in our fifties. He asked is she was in pain when she died. You told him you would not tell him. His Mom had committed suicide and I am sure her soul told you not to say anything about it.
His father was also killed or committed suicide…nobody knows for sure. Anyway, he couldn’t tolerate me for too long, was very confused about who he is and filed for divorce. Two months later, he was run over by a farm tractor. There is no logical reason he survived. Thus the questions about drug-induced comas, etc. He has no memory of about three weeks. Long story, but he is alive and almost well, just five months and many surgeries later. He is like a true miracle. He finished the divorce and now want to work on getting back together. Anyway this is a long story and I have questions about what I’m sposed to be doing with my life… or whether I am already doing it. I wished I could stayed longer to schedule an individual session with you today. Again, thank you again for helping my Mom.
