FAQ about Mediumship reading
Do you speak with dead people? Alison does not consider a soul dead. A soul is very much alive in thought without the benefit of a physical form. The body is released at crossing over time and the soul remains eternal free to go where it may, unencumbered. Medium reading is scheduled for one hour. It is an in-depth reading and time is needed reconnect, acknowledge, communicate, validate, share messages and allow space for the emotions that flow through from spirit and yourself. Best in-person when possible for the aforementioned although not necessarily. Reading may include pets.
How soon after my loved one passed should I have a reading? When you have recently lost a loved one, it is good to wait until your emotions have remained stable for a period of time before scheduling; say nine to twelve months after your loss. When there has been a recent passing and you’re in deep grief or in crisis, the emotions of grief are raw; it can be highly emotionally charged and difficult for you and Alison to move through the process. When you allow yourself to grieve and somewhat stabilize before your reading, this allows the reading to flow more gently with less intensity. You will be in a calmer place to receive the messages and take the time for emotions as they arise. The solace Medium reading brings is invaluable but at the same time it could be unsettling.
What is a Medium reading? A Medium reading involves making connections with loved ones souls who have transitioned into the spirit world and to connecting with them if available and amicable. She forwards messages from them, and to them, from you. A Medium reading includes Intuitive Guidance. Alison merges with any sentient being; yourself, pet or loved one on the Other Side for the duration of the reading to access memories, energy, body issues, dreams, experiences past, present and future inter-dimensionally. High frequency work for sure!
How do I prepare for a Medium reading? Make a list of first names of those on the Other Side and family and friends living include important dates such as; weddings, death dates of those close to you, celebrations, favorite fragrance etc. Be open to whatever spirit shows up as she cannot pick and choose. Alison tunes into the person by their first name. No need to fish around for names and waste valuable time, you know who you want to reconnect with. Put your thoughts up to whomever you wish to make contact with before your reading, so they may be ready and if amicable. She cannot force anyone to come or share their messages.
What Medium questions can I ask? As long as they are ethical and legal, it’s wide open, loving correspondence or those seeking clarity, remember your loved ones have free-will as well and continue there growth on the Other Side. You will provide your questions at your reading, no need to send prior.
